Wizard Woodworks has handcrafted a beautifully unique curved-wood Cajon Box Drum. This one-of-a-kind Cajon Drum is durably constructed with a Maple wood face and a peeled-edge cherry overlay, Cherry wood sides and an Applewood back. Solid wood seat is made from a variety of exotic hard woods! There are no visible nails, so the true craftsmanship shows through on this piece. This drum has been hand-sanded and waxed to the point of a glass-like finish! Each of our drums are handcrafted one-at-a-time, so that each rounded drum is an original and unique in every way!

Cajon (pronounced: Ka-hone) Box Drums originated in Peru and date back as early as the 1800's! Each of our custom drums have the deep robust bass tone and fantastic sound quality that the Cajons are known for. The tones resonate beautifully on their own unplugged. "Miked-up" are even more amazing!

Cajon Box Drums are the latest (and oldest) craze in Flamenco, Latin, Rumba & Rock music! There are many Cajon Box Drums being produced out there. We wanted ours to have a bit more style, so we've designed the curved drum body with rounded sides to allow the big bass sounds to resonate. You, as the musical artist, produce the clean acoustic beat! This drum is at home on any size stage, or as quaint as sitting around your next campfire or drum circle.
