Sept Blog Contest Winner

Posted by Denise Vanausdoll on

We have our September Blog Contest winner!

Congratulation to Catherine M. of Ventura, CA. She shared her story of "Keeping Aggravation in the Family"!

I still have the cardboard “Aggravation” game that my mom bought for our family in the 60's. My grandmother loved to play and I have many happy memories of playing this game with my family whenever she visited. My mother, who is now 85, loves to watch my husband and I play with our grown son and his wife.

Our old cardboard game was getting more and more fragile, so I went online looking for a replacement. That's when I found Wizard Woodworks. I ordered a wooden Aggravation board game and was just amazed at the quality when it arrived! It is really a lovely piece.

We play Aggravation on most holidays when the family is together. Our beautiful board will definitely be passed down and will last much longer than the old cardboard set. It is promised to my son and will undoubtedly be in the family - the source of many happy memories - for generations to come. I look forward to playing with my grandchildren!

If I had more children, I would buy each of them a board of their own, to make sure they could all build great family traditions and memories playing this great family board game. This Wizard Woodwork’s Aggravation game board is a beautiful gift and will begin wonderful family traditions for all who invest in one.

Thank you Catherine for keeping family game night alive and well, and playing Aggravation has become a family tradition. We love hearing stories of how game time keeps families bonded together.

Catherine has won a $75 Wizard Woodworks Gift Certificate to use toward our full line of games. Be sure to keep sending in your stories, and we'll pick a new winner each month. You could be our next $75 winner for October!

Send us an Email or via our Contact Page and title it "Blog Contest" and we'll consider it for our next blog!

We look forward to hearing from you!

Sincerely,
Denise and Ron
