If you've been hesitant about buying a game online, rest assured you'll be getting a quality product. We're so sure you'll love your new game that your satisfaction is guaranteed! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, please contact us and we will make every attempt to make it right. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping costs)*. The product must be in perfect condition and all original parts must be included with the return. *Exclusion - All custom order sales are final.
Please remember that all of our games are handcrafted one-at-a-time, so stock and production timeframes may vary depending on time of year), inventory, and current order volume.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on game orders shipped within the United States. We use both UPS and USPS to ship. Please contact us if your order requires a specific carrier or any specific delivery instructions. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery after production timeframe. Orders are processed in the order we receive them.
All prices on this website are in US dollars. Free Shipping applies to purchases shipped within the United States only. All other countries will be charged postage and can be reviewed at checkout prior to purchasing. Additional International Custom Charges may apply to orders shipped outside of the US. Charges/fees can vary depending on the country being shipped to and would be paid at the receiving end. Wizard Woodworks cannot quote these fees and fees are not included in the postage we collect. Please consult your specific country (before ordering) if any applicable customs rates, Duty, VAT or tariff charges apply. Wizard Woodworks reserves the right to refuse orders to countries we do not ship to.
Lost / Stolen Packages:
When you place an order with Wizard Woodworks, we will email you a tracking number when your shipping label is created, and again when your game ships. You, the customer are responsible for tracking your order. We rely on the US Postal Service to deliver the package to the address on the label. Once the package is marked "Delivered", Wizard Woodworks as well as the Postal Service are no longer responsible for the package. So please track your package and be aware of it's anticipated delivery date. Do not leave delivered packages unattended. Wizard Woodworks and USPS are NOT responsible for any stolen or missing packages once they are marked delivered!
